Aimee Mackin has been named July’s Player of the Month after some brilliant performances in the orange and white.
The Shane O’Neill’s sharpshooter helped the Orchard County reach the last eight of the All-Ireland series, topping their group.
In doing so, Mackin built up an incredible personal tally of 4-28 across her sides four outings.
The Armagh forwards scoring exploits sees her top of the leader board in the race for the Golden Boot award.

Ronan Murphy’s side had three impressive wins in the group stages over Monaghan, Cavan and Mayo.
Across those three games, Mackin hit 3-22, with a hat trick of goals coming in the final group tie against Mayo.
The 24-year-old not only led from the front in terms of the scoring charts, but her play making ability was also on display.
The inch-perfect, sliced pass to Caroline O’Hanlon against the Breffni County was a magnificent piece of play.
Armagh unfortunately crashed out of the All-Ireland championship at the quarter final stage in a seven-point defeat to Meath.
Despite being on the losing side, Mackin still finished the game as top scorer, claiming 1-6 (1f) on the day.
Last season, the attacking ace bounced back from an ACL injury picked up in 2019 to be named the Senior Player of the Year.
She helped Armagh claim provincial success in 2020 and has the opportunity to do so again this weekend.
The Orchard women take on Donegal in the Ulster final and will hope to end their year with some silverware.
