Sean Treacy’s hit back emphatically with a Magee major before the hosts replied with their own three-point from Diarmaid Carney.

Michael Doran and Mark Moffett traded scores before Magee claimed a second goal to put his team back in front.

Raymond Daly grabbed his first of two goals before the half time whistle sounded, with Sean Treacy’s well ahead at the break. 3-6 to 1-5 at half time.

Magee extended that lead straight after the turnaround to build on the first half momentum Sean Treacy’s had gathered.

Two more scores from Moffett helped close the gap, but the Armagh Junior Champions were too far ahead and couldn’t be caught.

Magee fired over another couple of late points to extend the gap to 12 by the time the referee called for the ball.

It’s on to the semi-finals of Ulster now for Sean Treacy’s. They face Antrim side Shane O’Neill’s, who saw off Carrickmacross convincingly at the weekend.
