Division 3A & 3B Previews – Gameday 5

Division 3A – All games on Friday at 7pm

In Division 3A, Dorsey will compete in their second outing of the season as they host table toppers Clonmore.

Barry Loughran’s side suffered a 14-point defeat in their league opener against Ballyhegan last weekend.

Just four-points separated the sides at the interval, but Ballyhegan pulled away after the turnaround.

Clonmore on the other hand have made a perfect start to the campaign with three wins from three games.

Sean Quigley and James Grimley netted last weekend as they overcame Lissummon by five-points.

Lissummon will be out to bounce back, and they face another difficult test when they host Collegeland on Friday.

Collegeland were handsome winners over St Michael’s in their most recent outing, winning by 10 in the end.

Shane Donnelly has been in fine form in front of the posts. He’s nailed three goals across their last two games.

St Michael’s have the chance to get back on track when they take on Eire Og, who have lost both their games.

Only Emmet O’Malley (1-1) and Aidan Davidson (0-3) scored in their loss to Collegeland. So, Seamus O’Callaghan’s side will hope for a better day in terms of scoring.
