Division 2A – Tir na nOg 3-8 St Paul’s 0-13
In Thursday’s Division 2A clash, Tir na nOg upset the odds to overturn St Paul’s with four-points to spare.
The Portadown men, playing at home, trailed by two-points at the break but stormed to victory in the second half.
A superb first half save from goalkeeper Callum McKee inspired the hosts and brought them back into contention.
From the save, Portadown worked the ball up the field and the move ended with Anton Toland rattled the net.
Jamie McAleenan followed up with a score for Portadown as they narrowed the gap at half time. 0-7 to 1-2.
Toland flicked home a second goal early in the second half which was once again followed up with a McAleenan point.
With one-point the difference between the sides late in the game, Tir na nOg had the chance to win the game from a penalty.
Up stepped Mark Davidson to slot home from the spot and secure an important two points for his side.
Elsewhere in Division 2A, Culloville overcame Wolfe Tones 2-16 to 1-7 while Carrickcruppen saw off Tullysaran 1-17 to 0-12.

Division 2B – Belleek 0-12 Forkhill 0-10
A storming second half display from Belleek saw them come from five-points down to earn a two-point victory.
Forkhill got off to a flying start with Marcus McKeown (2) and Eoghan Roe O’Neill putting them three up early on.
Belleek opened their account after 16 minutes, but Forkhill remained on top. Cormac Toner, McKeown and O’Neill drove them further in front.
Belleek chipped in with their second score of the opening period to see the score 0-6 to 0-2 at the break.

The sides traded scores early in the second half before the home side levelled the score on the 20th minute.
They took the lead one minute later, for the first time in the game and rattled off the next three scores.
Toner and O’Neill swapped scores with the home side, but Belleek done enough to hold on to a two-point win.
Elsewhere, Cross IIs earned a one-point win over Middletown, 0-16 to 1-12, while Keady beat Annaghmore 0-10 to 0-7.
