It’s time to vote for the players that you think deserve a place in the 2023 The Sideline Eye Junior Team of the Year.
Four players have been nominated for the goalkeeper position. Vote for the goalkeeper you think deserves a place on the team.
The voting polls will close at midnight on Sunday and the team will be announced next Monday.
Bobby McKerr (Clann Eireann II)
McKerr was one of the star performers for Clann Eireann IIs as they claimed the Junior Championship title.
He pulled off two brilliant saves in the final itself, as Clann Eireann IIs overpowered their opponents Ballyhegan.
He kept clean sheets against both Eire Og and Killeavy IIs and conceded just one goal in the final itself.

Aaron Coogan (Killeavy IIs)
Coogan gave a fine display between the sticks for Killeavy IIs as they ran the eventual winners close in the quarter-final.
Killeavy IIs lost to Clann Eireann IIs by the minimum of margins, 0-12 to 0-11, as Coogan kept a clean sheet.
He also didn’t concede a goal in their second-round clash with St Michael’s, which they won 2-11 to 0-7.

Mark Lyttle (Clonmore)
Lyttle conceded just three goals throughout the duration of the championship as Clonmore reached the last four.
He pulled off a fine save in the semi-final defeat to Ballyhegan, which kept Clonmore in with a fighting chance.
The Clonmore number one kept a clean sheet against St Michael’s as Brendan Donaghy’s men topped their group.

Calum Murphy (Thomas Davis)
Murphy gave a couple of fine performances as Thomas Davis reached the semi-finals of the Junior Championship.
He kept a clean sheet against Dorsey in the round robin series as the Corrinshego men topped their group.
Murphy also didn’t concede a goal in their quarter-final victory over St Michael’s and enjoyed a great campaign.
