Kieran McKernan (Middletown)

Yet another fantastic season from McKernan, who is surely one of the first names on the Middletown team sheet.

Paul Gaffney (Middletown)

Rock solid at the back all year long for Middletown as they completed a famous five in a row of Senior titles.

Peter Smith (Killeavy)

A great campaign from Smith in the Killeavy defence. He was outstanding for them right through the season.

Stephen Renaghan (Keady)

Back in the fold for Keady and back to his best. Renaghan was in great form for his side right through the campaign.

Gareth Larkin (Killeavy)

Captained Killeavy to their first championship title in ten years and led from the front right throughout the season.

Barry Shortt (Keady)

Shortt manned the centre of the Keady defence as Declan Napier’s side made it to another county final.

Dean Gaffney (Middletown)

Gaffney played everywhere for Middletown and was one of their main players throughout the championship.

Glenn McKeown (Killeavy)

McKeown had an excellent season in the middle of the park for Junior Championship winners Killeavy.

Paddy McGrane (Derrynoose)

His two goals but Derrynoose in the driving seat against Keady in the semi-final although they just came up short in the end.

Tomas Galvin (Keady)

One of the best young talents in the county, Galvin excelled for Keady throughout the championship campaign.

Sean Og McGuinness (Middletown)

McGuinness had a superb year in the full forward line for Middletown and was deadly in front of the posts.

Joseph O’Connor (Killeavy)

O’Connor earned the Man of the Match award in the Junior decider with an incredible haul of 2-5, 2-4 from play.

Ryan Gaffney (Middletown)

Still one of the best around, Gaffney had another stellar season in the black and white of Middletown and helped them create history.

Conor Hannaway (Killeavy)

Hannaway was in brilliant form in front of the posts the Junior Championship final and finished with 0-8 to his name.
