Blaine Hughes
Another clean sheet for Hughes, his kickouts offered a huge attacking platform for Armagh.
Barry McCambridge
Picked up Shane McGuigan and won the dual, even getting up to fist over a point himself.
Aaron McKay
Rock solid as usually for an Armagh defence that held out the Derry forward line.
Peter McGrane
Spent most of his time on the sidelines as a blood sub but did return to the action late on.
Joe McElroy
Brings so much pace and energy to the Armagh team, McElroy gave another fine display.
Connaire Mackin
Mackin performed well in defence having earned his first few championship minutes since last year’s Ulster final.

Aidan Forker
Got up to kick his trademark worldie of a score and had a great impact on the game overall.
Rian O’Neill
Kicked 1-1 before being hauled ashore. A fine performance from the Crossmaglen man on his return.
Ben Crealey
Absolutely ruled the skies in Celtic Park, Crealey was magnificent against one of the best midfields in the country.
Stefan Campbell
Campbell had some good flashes in the game but has had better showings this season.
Rory Grugan
Grugan chipped in with a point but orchestrated a lot of what was positive about Armagh’s play.
Tiernan Kelly
Kicked two points and earned the turnover that led to the first Armagh goal in the opening half.

Oisin Conaty
His pace is absolutely frightening. Conaty finished with 0-2 to his name and should have had a goal as well.
Niall Grimley
Grimley was simply superb for a man that hasn’t played championship football in two years, kicked a point as well.
Conor Turbitt
Top scored for Armagh on the day with 1-4 and took his first half goal with impressive ease.
Ross McQuillan
Made a lasting impact as a blood sub, kicking Armagh’s first goal and assisting their third.
Jason Duffy
Entered the fray in the second half, coming onto the field in place of Stefan Campbell.

Oisin O’Neill
Swapped places with his younger brother Rian and kicked a score after being introduced.
Greg McCabe
Slotted right into Armagh’s defensive structure when replaced captain Aidan Forker.
Shane McPartlan
McPartlan came on for Ben Crealey and raised a white flag with one of his first touches.
Aidan Nugent
Got his customary score after coming off the bench, replacing Conor Turbitt on the inside line.
Darragh McMullen
McMullen came on as a blood substitute late on for the injured Connaire Mackin.
